It’s a fun idea to have a cocktail ready to go for your guests every time you have a party, and I find this Irish Buck Cocktail recipe to be easy to make, yet popular with my party guests. The mix of ginger ale, lime and whiskey gives it a bright pop of flavour that isn’t overly sweet. This cocktail will keep you on your toes and has a tendency to get people in the mood for dancing. If you don’t have limes, you can use lemons instead for this recipe. As for the whiskey, I prefer to use Canadian CLub, but that’s because I’m a patriotic guy.
