This mixed berry and coconut granola smoothie recipe combines so many delicious things into a healthy and refreshing summer drink. The addition of spinach, flax seed and coconut granola make this one of the best berry smoothies I have had. The granola gives it just that little bit of crunch and makes it a bit heartier. As the steps to making this recipe are really simple, the mixed berry and coconut granola smoothie makes a nutritious and filling meal replacement too. Perfect for when you have to eat something and you’re heading out the door.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions

Take all the ingredients and throw them into your blender. Blend them up until you get a smooth consistency. You may need to add more water or almond milk in order to get the right consistency.

Throw all the ingredients into your blender
