- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- handful of spinach
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
Take all the ingredients and throw them into your blender. Blend them up until you get a smooth consistency. You may need to add more water or almond milk in order to get the right consistency.
