Easy Tasty Tzatziki

Homemade tzatziki is a great light condiment to prepare when you’re entertaining this spring. It’s healthy, fresh-tasting and hardly anybody dislikes it. Make in a large batch and use it as a veggie dip, falafel sidekick or bbq chicken skewer glaze.

A great way to enjoy leftover tzatziki is to pair it with some toasted pita bread, fresh hummus and warmed-up olives.

How to make?

• Prepare food processor
• Add one sliced full cucumber
• Add three garlic cloves
• Add two cups of plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• Blend on low until smooth and creamy
• Serve chilled
