Flank steak is one of my favourite cuts of meat because it’s super tender, really juicy, and it’s relatively cheap. It’s also quite thin, which makes it perfect for marinating. Although prepping a marinade and letting meat soak in it for six to eight hours can be a little time consuming, trust me, it’s worth it. It makes tender meat even more tender, and it adds a serious dose of flavour. Even if you’re just putting it in a salad or making a sandwich with it, your meat will be vastly better if you add one of these amazing marinades before you cook it.
