This sweet Chex mix makes for a delicious homemade party snack, and its fast and easy to make too. Simply bring the butter, corn syrup and sugar to a boil and pour it over a large bowl of Chex. Mix, and spread out to cool, and you’ve got yourself a bowl of snacks that is addictive in the best way possible. There are plenty of different Chex cereals out there, so the best thing to do is choose a few different kinds for your mix.
I’ll make this recipe for myself when I’m watching movies at home, and I also like to make it as a cheap, yet thoughtful gift for friends.
You can experiment with the recipe by choosing to use different cereals. Shreddies, Cheerios and Crispix all seem like great alternative cereals to try out.
